LOCATIONS & MORE: HOTELS

OFFICIAL SHOW HOTEL

The show hotel is the Guest House Inn and Suites at 100 Brumfield Avenue, Montesano, WA 98563; phone (360) 249-4424.

Currently rooms are available for $115 a night plus $20.00 per night per cat fee. You will need to phone the hotel directly at (360) 249-4424 to get these rates. The room block is under "CAT SHOW". The deadline to get these rates is April 20; they are not available through third party reservation organizations. (If you are calling a 1-800 number, you are talking to a third-party reservation service and not the hotel, and those rates will not be available to you.)

There are only two ADA rooms, and they are already reserved. There are very limited first floor rooms; most rooms are on the second floor, and there is no elevator. If you are able to use stairs, please reserve an upstairs room, and leave the first-floor rooms for folks who really can't do stairs. The hotel is working with us to make things as nice as possible; they will have their handyman on duty on Friday to help carry bags up the stairs. We will also try to have him available on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

ALTERNATE HOTEL OPTIONS

The Motel 6 in Tumwater accepts cats. Tumwater is 27 mins rom the show hall by freeway.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Olympia accepts cats. It is located just off of I-5 in Olympia and about a 40-minute drive to the show hall. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and have reasonable rates.

NOTE: The Stay Beyond Inn and Suites (in Elma near the fairgrounds) has NOT agreed to take cats. We have tried to work with this hotel on the subject of pets, but they refuse to budge. If you make reservations there and have cats with you, you DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

We will be in contact with other hotels in the area to see if they are willing to accept cats.

RV CAMPING

There is an RV campground at the fairgrounds with power hookups (water hookups dependent on weather). These are very basic RV hookups. They have 20 amp and 30 amp service so you may need a connector. There are also shower facilities on the fairgrounds.

The fee for parking RVs at the fairgrounds is $40 per night, payable to the club. Please let us know if you would like to make an RV/camping reservation at showmanager@andamouse.com. There is a camper/RV dump station located at the Elma Rest Stop on SR88 Eastbound towards Olympia.
