OFFICIAL SHOW HOTEL
The official show hotel is the Guest House Inn and Suites in
Montesano, 100 Brumfield Avenue, Montesano, Washington 98563, (360)
249-4424. The hotel rate for this show is $115 per night plus
tax with a pet rate of $20.00 per cat per night.
You will need to phone the hotel directly at (360) 249-4424 to get these
rates, as they are not available through third-party reservation
organizations.
There are limited first floor rooms; most
rooms are on the second floor, and there is no elevator. There are only
two ADA rooms and they are already reserved.
This motel is about 12 miles from the show hall.
ALTERNATE HOTEL OPTIONS
The Hilton Garden Inn Olympia currently accepts cats. It is just off of
I-5 in Olympia. It is about 25 mins from the show hall. The rates are
reasonable. There are lots of restaurants nearby.
Motel 6 in Tumwater accepts cats as well. Tumwater is 27 minutes from the
show hall by
freeway.
NOTE: The Stay Beyond Inn and Suites (in Elma near the fairgrounds) has
NOT agreed to take cats. We
have tried to work with this hotel on the subject of pets, but they refuse
to budge. If you make reservations there and have cats with you, you DO
SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We will be in contact with other hotels in the area to see if they are
willing to accept cats.
RV CAMPING
There is an RV campground at the fairgrounds
with power hookups (water hookups dependent on weather).
These are very basic RV hookups. They have 20 amp
and 30 amp service so you may need a connector. There are also shower
facilities on the fairgrounds.
The fee for parking RVs on the property is
$40 per night, payable
to the club. Please let us know if you would like
to make an RV/ camping reservation at showmanager@andamouse.com.
There is a camper/RV dump station located at the Elma Rest Stop on SR88
Eastbound towards Olympia.
TICA HOTEL INSPECTION POLICY
Exhibitors using the listed show hotels for
this event agree to abide by TICA's Hotel Room
Inspection Policy. Please take extra care to clean up
litter, food and other spills. Protect the rooms from spraying cats by confining
them in cages or keeping them in the bathroom.
