OFFICIAL SHOW HOTEL

The official hotel for the show is the Extended Stay America in Tumwater, WA. 1675 Mottman Road S.W. Tumwater 98512 1(360)972-7634. We will be using the TICA Hotel Policy. 

We are still working on a Special Rate, however you may want to go ahead and make reservations online, and you may still get a better price. The most current corporate rate is about $110 per night including fees and taxes. No pet fee. 

They have hardwood floors and all rooms have kitchenettes.  If you plan on cooking you will need to ask for utensils. The hotel is 26 miles from the show hall but close to restaurants etc. And they have an elevator! 

ALTERNATE LODGING OPTIONS

• Guest House Inn and Suites in Montesano (100 Brumfield Avenue, Montesano, WA 98563) Currently rooms are available for $119 a night plus a $20 per night cat fee. You will need to phone the hotel directly at (360) 249-4424 to get these rates. If you are calling a 1-800 number, you are not talking to the hotel. That is a third-party reservation service and not the hotel. Mention the cat show when making your reservations to get the special rate and these rates are not available through a third-party booking site. There are only two ADA rooms, and they are already reserved, there are limited first-floor rooms and most rooms are on the second floor. There is no elevator. Do not try to have more cats in a room than you pay for. If you don't want to pay the extra fees, please book elsewhere. The hotel is working with us to make things as nice as possible, they will have a handyman on duty on Friday to assist you in carrying items up the stairs. We will also try to have him available on Saturday and Sunday morning. If you are able to use the stairs, please allow those that cannot to have the first floor rooms.
  
• There is a campground at the fairgrounds with power hookups (water hookups dependent on weather). Rates are $40 a night and are payable to the club. Please let us know if you would like to make a camping reservation at showmanager@andamouse.com. There is a dumping station at the Elma rest area on SR88 Eastbound towards Olympia.
  
• The Motel 6 in Tumwater accepts cats, and we will be in contact with other hotels in the area. Tumwater is 27 mins from the show hall.
  
• The Hilton Garden Inn in Olympia also accepts cats. It is located just off I-5 in Olympia and is about a 40 min drive to the show hall. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and they have reasonable rates.
  
• There are some Air BNBs in the Elma/Montesano area. Please make sure they accept cats.

NOTE: We have tried to get the Stay Beyond Inn and Suites to accept cats, but they will not budge. If you make reservations there, you do so at your own risk!

TICA HOTEL INSPECTION POLICY

Exhibitors using the listed show hotel(s) for this event agree to abide by TICA's Hotel Room Inspection Policy. Please take extra care to clean up litter, food and other spills. Protect the rooms from spraying cats by confining them in cages or keeping them in the bathroom.
